Products

Is there warranty support?

Yes, Mr Tickles values product quality and customer satisfaction so all our products are covered by a 6-month manufacturer's warranty in line with CPA requirements.

Please note that normal wear & tear or misuse of product(s) is not covered under warranty.

Out of stock items?

If an item you’re interested in is currently out of stock, please contact us for specific availability.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we can gift wrap your order at no additional charge.

Please select the 'Please Gift Wrap for Me (FREE)' box before heading to checkout.

Spare parts?

Not all products will have spare parts availability so please contact us with any specific request & we will do our best to assist you.

Returns

Can I return an item I purchased?

Yes, Mr Tickles offers a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Kindly note that shipping costs are non-refundable & the cost of returning the goods will be at the customer's expense.

How do I log a return?

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address :

Shop 231, La Lucia Mall, 90 William Campbell Drive, Umhlanga, 4051.

Kindly note that we do not accept returns on sale items or dress up costumes.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Should your order arrive damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it.

Additionally, please provide photographs of the packaging as well as the product. This allows us sufficient time to claim from our courier partner in line with their claim window period.

What is your refund policy?

Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for a replacement item.

If you are unable to find a suitable replacement, we will issue you with a credit note which is valid for one year.

We do not offer cash, or card refunds so please make sure you are happy with your purchase.

Shipping Info

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we offer delivery across South Africa through our trusted courier partner, The Courier Guy.

Please note that delivery to high-risk areas may attract an additional surcharge.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days, depending on your location.

Outlying or remote areas may take longer.

How much is shipping?

Orders for R850 or more qualify for free delivery.

R99 flat rate shipping* on orders below R850.

Collect free in store at La Lucia Mall.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, we currently only offer delivery within South Africa.
